Eye catching
My camera roll very quickly fills up with images of interesting forms that I see in the built environment. Now it feels necessary to compile a bunch together, these are important to my project & have all been taken since August. All of these forms or actions have an interesting dialogue with everyday life. It’s only when they are compiled like this that we start to see a specific urban dialogue. My work comments further on all of these things by throwing a lasso around these ordinary forms, common materials & movements through civic space by constructing new forms that resemble what I see. My constructions focus all of the language that these things have into the same space.
